NOSDA AGM Sponsorship Opportunities

SPONSORSHIP RECOGNITION

Platinum ($5,000+)

As a platinum sponsor, your company name and logo will be presented at the top of our Thank-you Board in the main meeting area, as well as at the top of our Thank-you Page in our meeting agenda. You will be provided with a premium exhibitor’s booth, located nearest to the main meeting area of the conference. Introductions to key stakeholders can also be arranged, as appropriate. You will also be invited to the main meal. This booth will include a table, two chairs, skirting, electricity, and two exhibitor passes including all meals, as well as two conference registration kits.

Gold ($2,000-$4,999)

As a gold sponsor, your company name and logo will be presented on our Thank-you Board in the main meeting area as well as our Thank-you page in our meeting agenda. You will also be provided with an exhibitor’s booth. This booth includes a table, chair, skirting, electricity and one exhibitor pass including all meals, as well as a conference registration kit. Passes for additional exhibitor staff may be purchased for $125. 

Silver ($1,000-$1,999)

As a silver sponsor, your company name and logo will be presented on our Thank-you Board in the main meeting area as well as our Thank-you page in our meeting agenda. You will also be provided the opportunity to have a large poster board located near the main meeting room of the conference.

Bronze ($500-$999)

As a bronze sponsor, your company name and logo will be presented on our Thank-you Board in the main meeting area, as well as on our Thank-you Page in our meeting agenda. You will also be provided the opportunity to post a small sign at a designated location within the conference area.

Honorable Mention ($100-$499)

As an honorable mention sponsor, your company name and logo will be presented on our Thank-you Board in the main meeting area, as well as on our Thank-you Page in our meeting agenda.

Donations will be used to offset various AGM expenses. These expenses include but are not limited to the following:
  • Speaker costs
  • Meals
  • Presenter Cards and Donations
  • Meeting Room Costs
  • Sessional Breaks
  • Printing costs

Reception    

Sponsors may choose to donate towards specific agenda items such as refreshment breaks and meeting space. A list of such items is located below. The opportunity to purchase specific items will go fast, so please choose as soon as possible to ensure your company has first choice.
